Please bring 30 photocopies of each report to the meeting, including one hard copy for the meeting secretary. Chapter chairs are asked to send an electronic version of their Disease Situation and Research Reports to the Secretary/Treasurer. This will make preparation of the WCPD minutes simpler, faster, and more accurate.
The following files are provided for the convenience of chapter chairs and other who wish to edit guideline content prior to the 2005 WCPD meeting in Canmore. Files will be deleted as chapter revisions are completed. All chapter files are MS Word documents. Completed revisions should be forwarded to the Guidelines editors,Mardi Desjardins or Tracey Shinners-Carnelley.
